1994
The first issuance of Uralsvyazinform was registered on May 6, 1994 as a result of privatization of state-held hub company «Rossvyazinform» and establishment of Uralsvyazinform as joint-stock company operating in Perm region. The share issuance totaled 692 872 common shares valued at RUB 0.5 altogether worth RUB 346 436 000 . Further issues from (2ndto 7th) were due to re-assessment of equity capital and revaluation of shares.
2002
On September 30, 2002 Uralsvyazinform merged with
Svyazinform of Chelyabinsk region, Uraltelecom of Sverdlovsk region, Tyumentelecom, Khantymansiiskokrtelecom, Electrosvyaz of Kurgan region and Yamalelectrosvyaz. The shares and bonds of merging companies were swapped into the shares and bonds of Uralsvyazinform.
Following the merger, the company issued common shares issuances 8th to 13th, and preferred shares from 1st to 6th. All these issuances are dated June 10, 2002.
Additional share issues totaled 23 554 844 291 common shares and 7 835 941 286 preferred shared of A type with par value of RUB 0.12.
2003
Following the FCSM Order dated 09.09.2003 № 03—1919/р additional issues of shares were merged, which means that
state registration numbers of shares that had belonged to six merging companies were canceled;
the canceled share issues were assigned the same state registration number as that of share issues of the hub company: — 1-07-00175-А.
