Ekaterinburg – February 20, 2008 – Uralsvyazinform (RTS and MICEX: URSI/URSIP) – According to the Charter, the Board considered the list of candidates to the Board of Directors and Audit Commission for the election at the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2008.
On February 19, 2008 the Board of Directors, following examination of the proposals for compliance with the Charter, approved the list of candidates for election into the Board of Directors and Audit Commission at the Annual General Meeting of 2008.
