Ekaterinburg – November 20, 2007 – Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP, ADR: UVYZY/ UVYZYP), the leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia reports the changes of local tariffs to take effect starting from December 1, 2007.
Uralsvyazinform will introduce additional tariff plans under for its local telephone services starting from December 1, 2007 extending its combined and unlimited tariff options for residents and organizations.
Residents are offered an additional ‘social’ tariff plan tailored for the less well-off customers who use fewer minutes. Monthly payments will comprise two components, similar to those in other tariffs:
Line rentals
RUR 130 per month for residents of Kurgan, Scerdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk and Perm regions;
RUR 180 and RUR 130 for urban and rural residents of Khanty-Mansi AD, respectively;
RUR 200 / RUR 180 – urban and rural resident of Yamalo-Nenets AD.
Call charges
RUR 20.0 monthly charge including 120 per-paid minutes - residents of Kurgan, Scerdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk and Perm regions;
RUR 30.0 monthly charge including 120 per-paid minutes - residents of Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets ADs.
Ex-limit minutes are charged RUR 0.38 and 0.55, respectively.
Total monthly payment for this type of combined tariff thus amount to RUR 150.0 in Ural group of regions, and RUR 150-230.0 for subscribers in Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets ADs, except per-minute charges if exceeding pre-paid limit.
Organizations and businesses are offered unlimited tariff option (previously unavailable for organizations). Tariff plan components include:
Line rentals
RUR 170 per month for subscribers in Kurgan, Scerdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk and Perm regions;
RUR 240.0 in Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets ADs.
Call charges
RUR 396.0 monthly charge for the unlimited number of minutes – subscribers in Kurgan, Scerdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk and Perm regions;
RUR 585.0 monthly charge for the unlimited number of minutes – subscribers of Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets ADs.
Total monthly payment for the unlimited tariff thus amount to RUR 566.0 in Ural group of regions, and RUR 825.0 for subscribers in Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets ADs.
