On September 26, 2006 an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders was held in Moscow to discuss the termination of powers and subsequent re-election to the Board of Directors.
Following EGM's decision, the powers of the Board of Directors, which had been elected on June 22, 2002, were terminated.
The EGM elected the new Board of Directors consisting of 11 persons.
