Subject-matter of the decision issued by Board of Directors:
To approve the transaction of interest - Additional agreement # 2 to Contract # TA - # 3976/06 on transfer-agent services dd. January 01, 2007 concluded between OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’ and OJSC ‘Registration Company Incorporated’ according to the following terms:
1. Transaction subject - modification to Contract # ТА- #3976/06 on transfer-agent services dd. January 01, 2007 concluded between OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’ and OJSC ‘Registration Company Incorporated’ (further - the Contract), namely, a re-statement in the new edition of appendices # 3 to the Contract, which provides opening, in addition to earlier created, documents’ acceptance places in the following divisions of OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’:
- Ekaterinburg Division of OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’;
- Kurgan Division of OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’;
- Perm Division of OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’;
- Tyumen Division of OJSC ‘Uralsvyazinform’.
2. Additional Agreement #2 comes into force from the moment of its signing by the parties.
