The procedure of coupon rate determination was defined by the Bonds Resolution and Prospectus approved by the Company’s Board of Directors of “Uralsvyazinform” (protocol #7 dated September 29, 2005)

The first coupon interest rate on the 7th coupon has been approved by the General Director of “Uralsvyazinform” (Order #1735 dd. November 07, 2008).

Date of coupon rate definition: November 07, 2008.
Date of the session protocol stipulating the coupon rate: November 07, 2008.
The interest payable of 7th and 8th coupons on bonds amounts to RUR 129,640 thousand.
The total value of 06 series coupons payment amounted to RUR 129,640 thousand and the interest rate payable on one bond amounts to 64 rubles and 82 kopecks.
The obligation of 06 series 7th coupon payment is to be fulfilled on May 21, 2009.
The obligation of 06 series 8th coupon payment is to be fulfilled on November 19, 2009.
