Amount of fixed income on bonds of 5-Ч series was determined by the Bonds Resolution approved by Uralsvyazinform Board of Directors (Protocol # 18, dd. January 29, 2002).
Fixed income per bond: RUR 10.00.
Total fixed income: RUR 5,000.00.
Par value per bond: RUR 2,000.
Overall par value of the bond issue: RUR 1,000,000.
The mode of fixed income payment:
- cash;
- non-cash settlement ( bank transfer).
The obligations were not carried out by the Issuer in full.
Amount of fixed income that was not repaid: RUR 2,080.00
Amount of par value that was not redeemed: RUR 416,000.00
The reason for incomplete fulfillment of obligations by the Issuer:
- absence of bondholders who have chosen to obtain the par value and fixed income in cash at the Issuer’s Pay Office;
- incorrect, incomplete, or outdated post addresses of the owners within the Bond Register.
